Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sapori mobile app and website (together, the "Service"), provided by Aurelium Labs LLC ("Aurelium Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your region) to use the Service. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity that happens under your account. Please keep your password secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of the recipes, collections, photos, and other content you create or import ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you — for example, to sync it across your devices and to power AI features you choose to use.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to import and store any content you add, and that doing so does not infringe the rights of others.
3. Acceptable use
When using Sapori, you agree not to:
- Break the law or infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Upload malware or attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Scrape, resell, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.
- Post content that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive in shared or public areas.
4. Subscriptions & payments
Sapori is free to download and use. Optional paid plans ("Sapori Pro") unlock additional features. Subscriptions are billed through the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your app store account settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
5. AI features
Some features use automated and AI systems to import, structure, and suggest recipes. These outputs may contain errors or omissions. Always use your own judgment when cooking, and verify ingredients and steps — especially regarding allergens, dietary restrictions, and food safety.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, branding, and software (excluding Your Content), is owned by Aurelium Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm. Upon termination, the licenses you granted us end, except as needed to comply with legal obligations or to complete pending operations.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that recipe or nutrition information will be accurate.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurelium Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes to the Terms, we will provide notice in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aurelium Labs LLC is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where required, mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country still apply.
